Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a
Receptionist on call
to join KIKO MILANO's General Management Team.
In particular, you will:
Visitor reception;
Support in building management activities (meeting room reservations, stationery supply, temperature regulation, document printing, etc.);
Minor administrative and secretarial tasks (RDA entry, Excel reporting);
Manage the Leadership' agenda and set up calls or meetings;
Manage bookings for spaces and workstations.
What you will need to succeed
Previous experience in the role;
Good knowledge of the English language and Microsoft Office;
Strong communication skills;
Flexibility and proactivity.
