Ph3MISSION /h3 pAt Stellantis, customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement are at the heart of everything we do. /p pAs a Components Coordinator, you will be a key player in transforming customer feedback into meaningful actions, ensuring that our vehicles on the road continue to deliver an outstanding experience. /p pYou will work at the intersection of Quality, Engineering, Aftersales, and Market teams, becoming the reference point for technical insights, field issue management, and robust corrective actions. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liBe the main point of contact for markets, collecting and analyzing customer quality feedback (Customer Incident Reports). /li liMonitor case progression and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with Engineering and Technical departments. /li liSupport Aftersales networks in deploying effective and sustainable solutions to address field issues. /li liContribute directly to vehicle quality improvement and help control warranty costs across Stellantis brands. /li liTrack ongoing technical topics (events, quality actions, improvements) and provide updates to markets via internal tools or dedicated meetings. /li liWork closely with Technical Assistance teams to align on diagnostics, solutions, and escalation paths. /li liEvaluate the quality and completeness of Customer Incident Reports to facilitate proper investigation. /li liEscalate complex issues to the Control Tower and take part in “quality gate” reviews. /li liDraft Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) once corrective measures are validated by Engineering. /li /ul pThis is a role with real impact, where your work helps improve the customer experience and the quality perception of our iconic brands. /p h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus in our international environment. /li liStrong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExperience in Aftersales, Quality, Technical Support, or Engineering. /li liBroad knowledge of automotive systems (electrical/electronic, telematics, chassis, powertrain, diagnostics…). /li liExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication abilities—clear, structured, and confident. /li liCustomer‑centric mindset and sensitivity to cost optimization. /li liGreat organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple cross‑functional topics. /li liProactive, open‑minded, collaborative, and able to explain technical subjects clearly. /li /ul h3WHY JOIN STELLANTIS /h3 ul liWork in a global, multicultural environment. /li liContribute to the quality evolution of vehicles seen by millions of customers. /li liJoin a team where your technical insight truly makes a difference. /li liGrow your career inside one of the world's largest automotive groups. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
