For a manufacturing costumer, we're looking for a Helpdesk Junior:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure;
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes;
- Analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs;
- Assess vendors and develop strategies for new hardware and software;
- Management of 1° level tickets and users support;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT;
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource spending.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
- 1-2 years of experience working in the IT field;
- Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems;
- Knowledge of ERP (Infor LN preferably), O365, Business Intelligence, SQL language, Cyber Risk Management.

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Project management skills.
