Experteer Overview
In this role you prepare and tailor technical and commercial proposals for air compression, drying, and nitrogen generation systems, mainly for the oil & gas sector. You will assess client specs, size equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors to form integrated solutions. You’ll build cost estimates and documentation, while supporting bid clarifications and handover to project teams. The position involves close collaboration with global engineering and supplier networks to ensure a coherent, compliant proposal. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role at a global industrial leader enabling impactful engineering outcomes.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for compressed air and nitrogen generation systems for engineering projects (O&G focus)
* Analyze client specifications to develop tailored solutions and initial system designs
* Select and size equipment from the product portfolio to meet technical/operational requirements
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to complete integrated technical solutions
* Prepare cost estimations and pricing structures for offers
* Develop technical and quality documentation for the proposal package
* Provide technical support during clarification phases and bid evaluation
* Interact with Ingersoll Rand factories, engineering support teams, suppliers, and customers
* Handover and coordinate with execution teams post-award for continuity across engineering and implementation phases
Responsabilità
* Technical education at intermediate or higher level (Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or Electrical)
* English level C1 or higher; Italian appreciated; French or German valued
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with databases and CRM software (SalesForce)
* Familiarity with AutoCAD
* Willingness to travel internationally (about 25%)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High degree of autonomy and teamwork ability
