As a Social Media Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with the project management team, client contacts, and the broader social media team to support internal and client objectives.

We are seeking a social media professional with a proven track record in translating, trans-creating, and localizing content for social and community posting to support strategic planning and operational delivery.
Your role will be vital in building, maintaining, and enhancing our clients' digital communities, as well as supporting our company's social media growth and initiatives.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Flexible, approximately 44 hours per month
Commitment : 90 days (as needed)

The daily responsibilities may vary but generally include:
1. Collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams (daily communication).
2. Liaising with stakeholders to meet strategic and operational goals.
3. Designing and executing weekly and quarterly content calendars and strategy plans.
4. Brainstorming activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or grow communities (long-term and campaign-based).
5. Creating and reporting KPIs, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities.
6. Managing and responding to customers via forums, websites, and social media tools.
7. Learning and exploring new tools and platforms to enhance workflow and objectives.
8. Developing and improving operational practices, including social media management, community engagement, and content moderation.
9. Handling community crises or escalations as needed.
