Studio di Revisori Associati, a professional firm operating in the field of statutory auditing and supervision of companies, is looking for a professional with experience in statutory auditing to strengthen its staff in the Bologna office.
The selected person, included in the work team, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Analysis and verification of the various areas of client companies' financial statements, prepared in accordance with national (OIC) or international (IAS - IFRS) accounting standards
- Technical accounting consultancy
- Financial Due Diligence
- Mapping of clients' main business cycles through interviews with administrative staff
- Verification of the adequacy of companies' internal controls.
Required:
- 2-3 years' experience in structured audit firms
- Master's degree in economics
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- Excellent familiarity with the use of Excel.
