1. Directly reporting to the EMEA Sales Director Flexible Packaging
2. Turnover around 10M
3. Territory development, customer prospection, local Key Account customers support, support &development key customers
4. Mainly Italy, Greece
5. Market: Flexible Packaging
6. Working from home office or office based in Milano, travelling 50-70%
Required Profile
7. Optimization of the results (T.O. consolidation, margin improvement, reduction of financial risk) follow the customer payments (action, if delay)
8. Introduction of new products in the market /Progress in innovation by product and application
9. Increasing sales and profitability with customers and Key Accounts
10. Implementing the agreed sales plans, regulations and measures related to the quality assurance
11. Responsible for serving existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
12. Ensuring sales budget as well as VCM budget target
13. Definition of the commercial strategies coordinating with Sales Director EMEA Flex Lam, Market Managers Flex Lam, and Key Account Manager Flex Lam
14. Market study analysis and market analyses for new innovative sales area
15. Ensure price alignment with multi-site accounts and national accounts
16. Develop long-term relationships by identifying the key stakeholders in the customers’ organization and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the Sales Director, Market Managers, Key Account Manager, R&D, Tech support
17. Follow customer complaints and ensure quick response from the quality department and propose commercial solution when necessary
18. To provide monthly sales forecast, commercial budget proposal, customer visit reports, weekly highlights, monthly reports
19. To ensure that appropriate standards of working practice are maintained - Compliance, Company Operating
20. Bachelor/Master degree in science, engineering or business
21. 1–3-year experience in a sales or technical sales role in the Packaging market (Flexible Packaging preferred)

24. Strategy definition capability
25. Fluent in English and Italian (native preferred)
