This role contributes in maximizing value and quality perceived by the business together with fully adherence to procurement policy and procedures. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliPerform spend analysis in order to find spend optimization opportunities (e.g. definition of framework agreement, pricelist, etc.) /liliExecute category management for Dompé Indirect spend categories under responsibility being responsible for: /liliMarket assessment, supplier scouting and onboarding, vendor management; /liliTender preparation and execution, price benchmarking and negotiation activities, continuous improvement in terms of quality, service, and total cost of ownership in-line with business requirements; /liliSpot buy management; /liliOrder creation and management, contract management; /liliEnsuring compliance to all Dompé processes and procedures. /liliCollaborate with procurement team to promote continuous process improvement, cross categories opportunities identification. /liliCollaborate with key business stakeholders and other key functions (i.e. finance, legal) to streamline and optimize the full PTP process. /liliSupport Procurement strategic projects (e.g. process re-engineering, procurement PTP systems optimization, supplier rationalization, tail spend reduction, etc.) /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor's/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economy, Supply Chain, Project Management or related disciplines; /liliExperience in similar role preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Life-science industry or in Consultancy. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills: /b /ppbr/pulliCompetences and knowledge of Procurement capabilities (e.g. sourcing management, vendor management, order management). /liliProcurement experience in a global environment. /liliIndirect category experience required. /liliKnowledge of SAP and best-of-breed e-Procurement P2P tools. /liliKnowledge of Office suite (e.g. excel, power point, outlook). /liliGood communication skills. /liliAbility to deal with change and resistance. /liliAbility to negotiate contracts and establish vendor relations. /liliFluent in Italian spoken and written. /liliFluent in English spoken and written. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPreferred Skills: /b /ppbr/pulliResult oriented. /liliWork effectively in a team environment. /liliAbility to work with people at all levels. /liliAbility to prioritize work and deadlines. /liliLearning agility. /li /ul
