The role involves acting as a “brand ambassador,” conveying the brand’s philosophy and values. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by building customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience and guiding clients into our world. Additionally, the candidate will manage stock in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines, and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining stock integrity, minimizing losses, and ensuring compliance with guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging CRM and digital tools. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors. Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge. Handle customer complaints effectively, consulting with the line manager when needed. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines. Contribute to security measures to prevent theft. Ensure product safety and proper handling during the entire process. Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and preparation for sales. Organize stock counts and inventory management. Track product flow using SAP system. Oversee stockroom activities related to repairs and markdowns. Manage returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS High affinity for luxury products, with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organized, detail-oriented, mature, and assertive. A Business / Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
