Partnering with our sales organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. /ppbJob Description / Preferred Qualifications /b /ppWe are looking for an Applications Engineer, based in Grenoble (FR) or Agrate (IT), to support our European customers, develop new BKM’s in order to increase product adoption, lead project activity at customer sites and drive pre-sales and post-sales activities for our overlay measurement platform. /ppbMajor Responsibilities include : /b /ppProvide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA overlay products at European customers fabrication facilities. /ppMakes presentations on all aspects of products and provides customer trainings. /ppbDrive product adoption at customer sites. /b /ppCollaborate closely with overlay divisional team and local Business Unit to achieve KLA business goals. /ppTechnical Skills : /ppExperiences in optical metrology is a benefit. /ppUnderstanding of how to use statistics to derive significant results. /ppHave creative thinking approach to deal with new customer challenges. /ppImportant Skills : /ppExcellent presentation and communication skills /ppExcellent problem-solving skills /ppExcellent customer relation and teamwork skills /ppBe a driver /ppAbility to work in a driven and very fast paced customer-oriented environment. /ppWillingness to travel up to 50% of time. /ppbBasic Qualifications : /b /ppMaster Degree in Materials Science, Physics or Electronics / Electrical engineering or an equivalent education in a related field, PhD is a plus. /ppbLanguages : fluent English, French or Italian is a plus /b /pp3 years of semiconductor IC fab experience would be beneficial.
