Trillium is very customer-centric, providing innovative engineering design with a global footprint focused on meeting our customers’ original equipment and aftermarket needs. /ppTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for a strongCommissioning Engineer /strong. /ph3Purpose of Role: /h3pThe Commissioning Engineer is the primary contact for the company and customer for managing customer assistance. /ppHe/She is accountable (and responsible whenever possible) for determining solutions for functional and non-functional issues occurring after equipment delivery (pumps and sub-supplies), involving all necessary and relevant internal and external actors. He/She will handle both warranty and non-warranty issues and be responsible for cost tracking related to customer claims. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliBe the reference point for customers regarding claims. /liliCoordinate troubleshooting with all involved functions, including sub-suppliers. /liliMaintain communication and relationships with customers concerning claims and warranties. /li /ulh3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliPrepare Root Cause analysis reports, involving other functions such as AM Engineering, OE Engineering, and RD as needed. /liliProvide information to Customer Operations to order and ship spare parts required for warranties and to field service managers for site activities. /liliTrack claims in relevant systems. /liliMonitor warranty costs in relevant systems according to procedures. /liliInvolve Quality Control/Assurance for internal NCRs and follow-up on corrective actions. /li /ulh3Education and Qualifications: /h3ulliDegree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in troubleshooting turbomachinery. /liliStrong background in pump troubleshooting and knowledge, including pump system interactions. /liliAbility to write technical Root Cause Analysis reports, integrating contributions from other departments. /liliAbility to handle discussions with customers, often under pressure and stressful situations. /liliAbility to read technical drawings. /liliNegotiation skills in stressful situations. /li /ulh3Computer Skills: /h3ulliERP, Excel, MS Office. /li /ulpTrillium Flow Technologies is committed to an inclusive workplace, including hiring and retaining diverse talent.
