Location: Hong Kong. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects related to big data, health economic analyses, large-scale population-based longitudinal studies, and electronic medical records-based cohort studies. /liliTake a leading role in overseeing research projects and supervising junior research staff. /liliConduct applied and methodological work in a global study on the economic impact of special educational needs. /liliPresent research findings at international conferences. /liliPublish results in peer-reviewed outlets and contribute to proposal development and grant reporting as required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDoctoral degree by research (Ph.D., D.Sc, Dr.P.H. or equivalent) in Public Health, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Biostatistics, or related disciplines, with post-doctoral research experience. /liliStrong quantitative and qualitative background; track record of publications. /liliExperience in statistical data analysis using R, STATA, SAS or other statistical packages. /liliExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). /liliStrong problem-solving, organisational and administrative abilities; attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. /liliPrior experience in conducting clinical research, community studies, and health economics analyses (compulsory). /li /ulh3Benefits and Appointment Details /h3ulliCompetitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; annual leave and medical benefits. /liliContract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary. /liliTwo-year fixed-term contract with potential renewal based on performance and funding availability. /li /ulh3Application Process /h3pApplications are online only.
