The role:
The purpose of this role is to support and assist in managing client plans and daily activities while collaborating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Project Management: Ensure projects meet objectives and stay on time and budget.
 2. Client Support: Assist the Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
 3. Market Research: Research new market trends to incorporate innovative strategies into planning.
 4. Client Communication: Maintain high-quality communication and service delivery with clients.
 5. Data Monitoring: Monitor sales data to measure plan effectiveness and flag issues.
Skills:
 * 2+ years of experience in video media planning or activation in agencies.
 * Deep knowledge of Kimono, Arianna, Kubik, AQX Nielsen; GMP knowledge is a plus.
 * Focus on client management.
 * Proven project management skills, with ability to deliver on time and within budget.
 * Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
 * Excellent client-facing skills, including communication and relationship building.
 * Strong market research skills to identify and analyze trends.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing sales data.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
 * Problem-solving skills to address issues proactively.
