As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting business development through roadshows and workshops. Your technical expertise will be showcased during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.
You will build and maintain relationships with partners, gaining trust through technical knowledge and understanding client needs. This includes preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support, training and interacting with business partners to ensure understanding of our unique selling propositions (USPs).
Your primary focus will be on providing insights and helping partners customize solutions for commercial success. You will also gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with our R&D team to improve products.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong initiative and ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently. A bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields, is required. At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, ideally in residential energy storage, is also essential.
