We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility IT Manager to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and reliable IT infrastructure within our aviation environment. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liLead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director /li liResponsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversees expansion, renovation, and ensures compliance and aviation standards. Coordinates IT activities with HQ, supervises local projects and manages IT assets and infrastructure /li liLeads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline. Plans tasks, allocates resources, and monitors project timelines /li liManages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231). Acts as ISO 27001 reference, ensuring adherence and reporting to HQ, with focus on cybersecurity compliance /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable. Fluent in English and Italian required.
