Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a:
Airports Services & Customer Experience Specialist | Malpensa Airport
WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports Manager and you will take care of the following activities:
- WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT:
when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.
- PASSENGERS AND CREW CARE
using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.
Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.
WORKING HOURS
The job is organized in three shifts per day, all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/ground handlers that may require our help at any time.

- You have excellent verbal and communications skills

- Your knowledge of Italian and English is at a very good working level
- Your MS Office skills are good
The knowledge of French, Spanish, Asian and /or Arabic languages are also a nice to have, as is former work experience in Aviation/Transport/Tourism Industry.
