Role Description
We are looking for a profile with 1–2 years of experience to join HSPI’s Tender Office.
The selected person will work closely with the Tender Manager and act as a reference point for Project Managers, contributing to all activities related to the management of public procurement tenders: from the initial scouting phase through to contract finalization, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance at every stage of the process.
Main Responsibilities
Scouting and monitoring of relevant tenders.
Analysis of tender requirements and verification of compliance with current regulations.
Preparation, collection, and review of the administrative documentation required for participation.
Support to partner companies in preparing the necessary documentation.
Formal verification of the entire end-to-end tender participation process.
Management and coordination of post-participation activities: compliance checks, clarifications, and procedures up to contract finalization.
Management and maintenance of Supplier Registers and accreditation procedures.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
Essential Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of the Public Procurement Code.
1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of the Public Administration sector.
Knowledge of IT Governance.
Familiarity with online platforms for tender publication.
Ability to manage qualifications in Supplier Registers.
Strong knowledge of key institutes of the Public Procurement Code (e.g., reliance on third parties, subcontracting, consortia, etc.).
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience in managing tenders in a consortium format.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in high-intensity contexts with tight deadlines.
Language Skills
Italian: native or fluent.
English: good written and spoken proficiency.
