Bioindustria L.I.M. S.p.A., storica realtà del settore farmaceutico con sede a Novi Ligure, ricerca una/un Assistente CSP da inserire nel reparto Produzione.
La posizione è inizialmente prevista come tirocinio post‑laurea, con possibilità di successivo inserimento in azienda sulla base delle esigenze organizzative e delle performance del candidato.
La risorsa selezionata riporterà direttamente al Responsabile di Produzione e si occuperà della gestione della documentazione tecnica a supporto delle attività produttive. Collaborerà inoltre in modo continuativo con il reparto Quality Assurance (QA) per la redazione e l’aggiornamento dei documenti necessari a garantire gli standard qualitativi aziendali.
Requisiti richiesti
- Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico, preferibilmente chimico o chimico‑farmaceutico
- Precedente esperienza, anche minima, nel settore chimico/farmaceutico (preferenziale)
- Conoscenza di base delle GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices

The position is initially offered as a post‑graduate internship, with the possibility of subsequent employment depending on company needs and candidate performance.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and will support the management of technical documentation related to production activities. The role also requires close collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for the preparation and updating of documents essential to maintaining company quality standards.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Previous experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
