Join the Internal Control & Administration team at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control and gain hands-on experience in the world of internal control and accounting within a leading industrial company.
What you will do:
* Dive into the world of internal control by supporting the execution of Detective Controls within the Cash Flow area.
* Support the execution of Monitoring Procedures required by Corporate.
* Contribute to managing and verifying administrative activities, mainly related to accounts payable.
* Work with advanced management systems (SAP, Apache, Web Reporting) to analyze and validate data.
* Take part in collecting and organizing internal documentation and company delegations.
* Enter data and results into the global COMFORT tool and collaborate with different company functions.
What you will learn:
* How auditing works in an international industrial environment.
* How to monitor complex business processes and ensure internal compliance.
* How to read and manage administrative data using real digital tools.
* How to work in a team, interacting daily with different departments.
Qualifications
Education: You have to graduate in Economics or similar.
Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
