Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager will support with the warehouse general running and supervises offsites warehouse operations and products stock. - Experience working within a medium\/large warehouse facility - Good understanding of stock management\/storage\/deliveries and food standard compliance regulation (HACCP) - Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse workforces - Very good knowledge of IT Systems - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Fluent English, any additional language is an advantage - Availability to travel. - Monitors the storage, order assembly and dispatch of products\/goods - Supervises the storage of temperature-controlled food products - Verifies the utilization of warehouse space and mechanical handling equipment, advising on future capacity requirements and ensuring quality\/efficiency targets are met - Communicates with RSPP to minimize risks and oversees the planned maintenance of warehouse structure and building, vehicles, mechanical handling equipment, reefer cells always monitoring the efficient running of equipment - Communicates with Quality and compliance Manager to address HACCP and food safety regulations-Working with related departments helps to ensure continuity in supply, quality and service while identifying areas for improvement - Keeps stock control systems up to date ensuring inventory accuracy for Supply department use.
