We are looking for a People Business Partner and Administration Specialist to join our Italy Hazelnut Company (HCo) at the Caprarola (VT) plant. The role is a temporary 1-year contract with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner for the Plant People & Organization team, providing clear and practical support on everyday people matters.
Offer guidance on labour law and HR documentation.
Support line managers throughout key stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, development, performance discussions, and employee relations.
Manage core HR processes for the plant population, such as recruitment activities and workforce planning inputs.
Oversee hiring procedures from end to end, coordinating contracts and required documentation.
Handle EU and non-EU secondments and assignments, ensuring all related paperwork is completed accurately.
Maintain precise and confidential HR administrative activities.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Master's degree in Law, Business Management or related field.
2-3 years of experience in an HR team of a company or as a labour consultant.
Strong knowledge of labour law, tax, social security, and contractual regulations. xjrgpwk
Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
