Education and/or experience in HR administration
* Effective communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to inspire and earn trust with associates and managers.
* Experience using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Flexibility to travel as needed.
* The role is responsible for 2 locations.
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written Italian.
* Good command of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1).
* Strong analytical skills, able to identify problems and root causes, work with numbers, data, run metrics, and generate reports.
* Maintain confidentiality and composure when handling sensitive data and confidential information.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team.

About the role
We are looking for individuals who want to build our business and help keep our team motivated and fulfilled. As part of our Operations Human Resources team, you will support a large employee population across multiple sites, acting as the first point of contact for associates and managers in two locations. Travel will be required, including visits during evenings or early mornings, especially since many associates work night shifts. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract.
Preferred qualifications
* Knowledge of local employment law, employee relations practices, and payroll is advantageous.
* Experience managing HR information systems for data entry and attendance monitoring.
* Experience working with operational workforces, especially in factory or similar settings.
