In the framework of the Traiborne Onboard business in Italy, and in compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Installation Supervisor oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including: Prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist). Ensure the handover and handback of the train for ALSTOM. Train and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task priorities. Supervise execution of installation activities, whether on trackside or onboard, performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer/Partner/Third Party. Ensure compliance of installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process. Apply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according to design documentation, reporting any deviations found or needed. Ensure EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMS. Report field activities progress, issues, or non-conformities to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM and communicate them to the Quality team. Ensure activities are carried out as per schedule, within required productivity, and according to quality standards. Support the Handover process to T&C team / Customer. Contribute to defining best practices and REX within the Product Line. Ensure strict application of EHS rules by installation workers, including Sub-contractors. Performance measurements include: OTD (On Time Delivery) for site activities. Monitoring, anticipation, and reporting of quality, EHS, and RSA (Railway Safety Agencies) issues.
