Plan, manage, and execute regional events aligned with Illumina's strategic prioritiesDeliver all aspects of tradeshows and Illumina‐hosted events (face‐to‐face and virtual), covering pre‐event preparation, onsite delivery, and post‐event follow‐upLocalise event content while ensuring alignment with global brand guidance
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Digital Specialists to develop and coordinate digital event assetsProvide expertise to sales teams and marketing stakeholders on event strategy, execution best practices, and available toolsWork closely with the internal creative lab, regional programme managers, and sub‐regional marketing partners to align on content and messaging
Vendor & Logistic Management
Manage event vendors and ensure compliance with governance and vendor‐management guidelinesCoordinate logistics for external presenters, partners, and Illumina staffOversee all procurement, budgeting, and invoicing associated with events
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Capture relevant event data in appropriate systemsTrack and upload lead data, reporting on performance and event outcomesAnalyse events to inform continuous improvement
