Italy is the single largest EU country by number of SMBs. Italian SMBs employ 75% of workforce and generate two thirds of the country GDP. We want to unlock Italian SMBs productivity.
Old tooling, manual processes, sparse data cause an average 8 hours/week wasted by our entrepreneurs. It simply can’t keep being as it is. Sibill gives this time back to entrepreneurs by bringing invoicing, payments, treasury and accounting in a single, modern platform.

The role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Video & Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in the production of videos, product GIFs, motion graphics and social-first visual content.
You’ll report directly to the Brand and Content Manager and work closely with the Marketing team to bring the Sibill brand and product to life through clear, engaging and consistent creative assets.
You are a great fit if you…

* Are confident with tools like After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
* Love to ideate and create and edit vertical videos, animations, and dynamic graphics
* Have a strong eye for detail, rhythm, and visual composition
* Are curious and eager to learn through hands-on projects
* Always keep an eye on the latest social media visual trends (yes, Edits too)
What you’ll do
* Produce and edit short-form videos for social and digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create motion graphics and product animations (for website, landing pages, ads, ebooks…)
* Adapt and resize visuals for multiple formats and platforms
* Create visual assets and product GIFs to embed in Elementor (WordPress) using no-code/HTML techniques
* Support in post-production tasks (clean voice tracks, sync dialogue with music and visuals, subtitles, effects, graphics, transitions…)
* Assist with filming setups (audio, lighting, gear and set suggestions)

* Looping through unclear and infinite rounds of revisions – we move fast
* Starting from scratch without clear guidelines – you’ve got direction
Compensation & Benefits
* Gross annual salary: €25K–35K

Requirements
* Operational knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop)
* Ability to clean voice tracks, sync dialogue with music and visuals, and select/edit royalty-free audio for social and promotional content.
* Familiarity with design and collaboration tool like Notion, Slack and Figma
* Familiarity with social-first formats and storytelling (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok)
* A portfolio (academic, personal or professional) to share
* Fluency in Italian and good understanding of English
