We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL and user segmentation strategies to help us refine our pricing approach and enhance operational performance. Your Role As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead data-driven initiatives to optimize our pricing strategies and improve CRM and operational workflows. Leveraging tools like Tableau and SQL, you’ll analyze user data, identify clusters, and develop actionable strategies that maximize revenue while enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsabilities: Pricing Strategy: Analyze user clusters and purchasing behavior to define pricing strategies tailored to diverse customer segments. User Segmentation: Develop and refine data-driven user clusters based on behavioral, geographical, and transactional data. Data Visualization: Create interactive Tableau dashboards that communicate key insights and track the impact of pricing and operational changes. Operational Efficiency: Use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows. CRM Optimization: Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies through data insights. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform large datasets for both ad hoc and long-term analyses. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate pricing adjustments and user segmentation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Product to drive actionable, data-informed decisions. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with a focus on pricing strategies, user segmentation, or similar areas. Advanced skills in Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations. Strong SQL expertise for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Experience in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, or cluster analysis techniques. Solid understanding of CRM tools and lifecycle analytics. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
