In this role, you help customers maximize value from Workday after Go-Live by delivering targeted enablement services and expert guidance. You will work with a cross-functional team to troubleshoot configurations, demonstrate features, and accelerate adoption. You’ll serve as a trusted Workday advisor, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance. The opportunity blends hands-on consulting with ongoing product and roadmap learning to drive customer success at scale.

Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
Maintain Workday expertise and certifications and stay up-to-date with industry practices
Contribute to new programs to boost customer feature adoption
Deliver additional Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews, custom designs, deployments)
Travel up to 20%
Responsabilità
5-7+ years in web development or related fields
2+ years software consulting experience
3+ years IT implementation experience
Experience with Workday Extend development
Extensive knowledge of xjrgpwk REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509)
Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML)
Problem-solving mindset and customer-facing skills
Fluent in English and multilingual capability (French, Spanish, Italian or German)
