As a HSE Trainee in Valeo Mondovì you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission : You will learn how to :
Ensure that legal requirements and other requirements of Valeo Group are identified, established and implemented.
Ensure that the management system which is put in place contributes to continuous improvement in performance.
Check that safety and security equipment are in compliance with requirements and in good condition.
Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey.
Establish the site "Health, Safety, Security and Environment" operation procedures and oversee their application.
Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it.
Implement and monitor action relating to the handling of any non‑compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, considering the necessary investments.
Be aware of developments in the legislation.
Desired skills and experience :
Education: technical degree preferred.
Competences required: good communication skills; basic knowledge of main manufacturing processes; committed to improvement and problem solving skills.
Language: fluent in English and Italian.
