PpRINA is currently recruiting for a bEconomics, Finance and Strategy Consultant /b to join its office in Geona or Rozzano within the bSustainability and Business Innovation /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pRINA is looking for a motivated Consultant to join the Economics, Finance and Strategy Discipline in Genova or Rozzano. /p pEconomics, Finance and Strategy Discipline provides consulting services such as Commercial Financial Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Business Planning, Market Analysis, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.), and Cost-Benefit Analysis. We deal with large companies, SMEs, international financial institutions, investment commercial banks, development multilateral banks, governmental export credit agencies. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pAs Consultant, you will work as part of a young and motivated team, helping clients to: /p ul liConduct Commercial Due Diligence activities (e.g., market research, business analysis, business planning, risk assessment, sensitivity analysis), providing independent opinion. /li liReview and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets. /li liDevelop and review financial models for innovative projects particularly focused on decarbonization (e.g., solar, wind, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, grids, etc.). /li liConduct market research activities providing strategic insights on innovative technologies, trends and policies, based on quantitative (e.g., forecasting) and qualitative analysis (e.g., industry expert interviews, customer and competitor research, etc.). /li liElaborate financial strategies and elaborate project applications to funding opportunities (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.). /li liDeliver market analysis, cost-benefit analysis, business planning, business modelling, and exploitation strategies for Horizon Europe funded projects and participate in general assemblies and events around Europe. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Management Engineering. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar, with record of strong academics achievement. /li li1-4 years of work experience in management consulting firms (e.g., Big4), financial institutions or in similar roles in corporates. /li liPrevious experience in Commercial and/or Financial Due Diligence. /li liPrevious experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) is considered a plus. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liAbility to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner. /li liVery good command of the English language (written and spoken). /li liAbility to build and maintain and internal and external quality professional relationships. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li /ul pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
