Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Groceries Logistics (AGL)
Amazon’s Supply Chain Managers play a central role in our global business. They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. As a Supply Chain Manager (SCM), you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who fulfill customer orders to Retail teams and everything in between. You’ll help us optimize our supply chains to enhance customer experience and improve energy and cost efficiency.

* Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains and operations
* Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges

A day in the life
Being a Supply Chain Manager at Amazon involves problem solving and collaboration. You’ll work with various teams to navigate challenges as they arise, resolve temporary issues, and look at the bigger picture to drive Amazon's objectives. The role is both proactive and reactive, with opportunities to forecast and plan for new projects.
Responsibilities include on-the-ground tasks and tactical work. No two days are the same; you might define supply chain models one day and assist with resource planning at a site the next. This variety offers continuous learning opportunities.
This role can be based in our corporate locations in London (LHR16 UK), Milan (LIN11 IT), or Madrid (MAD12 ES).

Our Amazon Groceries Logistics (AGL) team innovates and develops new capabilities, supporting initiatives like Amazon Fresh stores and online grocery services. We are a dynamic team with start-up energy, working on Amazon’s next big projects under the umbrella of one of the world’s largest companies.
We support new business areas, helping concepts grow into mature, standalone operations, fostering growth and development within our team.
Minimum qualifications
* A degree in a relevant field
* Experience in data analysis and reporting for leadership
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including peers and leadership
* Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
Preferred qualifications
* Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level
* Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or an MBA
* Upper intermediate proficiency in the local language
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight
