P Join our Team at Creanova, at Como ! /ppCreate Innovate Healthcare Solutions for a better quality of life /ppCreanova is a leading B2B partner in Medical Device Development Contract Manufacturing, specializing in innovative (electro-)medical devices with plastic injection molded enclosures. /ppFor our facility in Como, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic growing team. /ppYou will be responsible for managing the design transfer to production and series-production assembly lines for several medical devices. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliLead and manage the design transfer to production and validation of new manufacturing and assembly line processes for the setup of new series-production assembly lines of medical devices, including plastic injection molding and electronics (PCB); /liliManage the entire series-production process of (recurring) internal orders of the production lines under your responsability; /liliDefine and implement necessary corrective and preventative actions in response to internal, regulatory, and customer audit requirements; /liliFoster a culture of continuous process improvement with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness; /liliCreate, review and ensure compliance with Master Batch Records, internal operational procedures, Qualification/Validation plans, protocols and reports, and other essential GMP documents; /liliPlan and conduct training and development for employees regarding new processes; /liliCollaborate and ensure effective communication with internal departments (e.g. quality assurance, quality control and warehouse) as well as externally with suppliers and customers, to ensure seamless operations and timely release of goods. /li /ulpPreferred Qualifications: /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific, (bio-)engineering, technology or related discipline. /liliProficient in English (B1 level); /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a similar field. /liliKnowledge of plastic injection molding processes and electronics manufacturing (PCB) is a plus; /liliKnowledge of ISO13485 is desiarable; /liliAdvanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite; /liliValid driver's license (B category); /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills; /liliProven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring efficient and successful manufacturing operations. /li /ulpIf you are ready to contribute to our passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you!
