ADHR GROUP, a branch of Verona, is seeking for a client company operating in the sector an Administrative Assistant Part-Time.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with clients and suppliers
2. Prepare transportation documentation and shipping-related paperwork
3. Handle invoicing
4. Manage accounting entries and issue credit notes
5. Oversee general administration and accounting tasks
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree aligned with the role
* Previous experience in an administrative office
* Good knowledge of IT tools
Additional Details:
Working hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Vallese di Oppeano
Contract: Initial fixed-term contract through employment agency, aimed at permanent hiring in the company
