Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Take orders, provide recommendations, and promptly address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cash register operations, accurately handle cash and card transactions, process payments, provide change, and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
- Supervise the dining area, coordinating floor operations to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized environment.
- Contribute to a warm, lively, and welcoming pizzeria atmosphere, ensuring the dining room is clean, tidy, and visually appealing to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Support daily operations by monitoring and organizing stock arrivals, ensuring continuous availability of food, drinks, and ice creams.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery and minimize guest waiting times.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, as well as all relevant regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and promotions, sharing accurate information with guests and assisting them in making informed choices.
