Always. /p h3bFlexibility Balance /b /h3 ul liFull-time and part-time opportunities /li liSelf Managed Scheduling /li liThoughtfully scheduled appointments /li liNo clinic chaos, no double-booking /li liAutonomy over your workday /li /ul h3bPurpose-Driven Medicine /b /h3 pEvery visit is centered on comfort, compassion, and dignity—for pets and the people who love them. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liProvide in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care in a compassionate, Fear Free–aligned manner /li liSupport families through the end-of-life process with empathy, patience, and professionalism /li liMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation /li liCollaborate with Heartstrings’ medical leadership and support teams /li liParticipate in ongoing training, education, and clinical development /li /ul h3bIdeal Candidate /b /h3 ul liCompassionate, emotionally intelligent, and client-focused /li liComfortable working independently in the field /li liStrong communicator during emotionally sensitive situations /li liSeeking meaningful, purpose-driven veterinary work /li liValues autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive team environment /li liInterested in a long-term role with a bprivately owned practice /b /li /ul pExperience in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free certification is a plus—but bnot required /b. Comprehensive training is provided. /p h3Veterinarian Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets /li liGuide families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets /li liBuild relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their excellent care /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (bDVM, VMD, or BVMS /b) from an accredited veterinary school /li liActive (or ability to obtain) veterinary license in the state of practice /li liMust possess a bvalid U.S. driver’s license /b /li liAvailability to work bsome weekends /b as part of a rotating schedule /liliAbility to blift up to 50 lbs unassisted /b and bup to 100 lbs with assistance /b /li liCandidates will be subject to a bbackground check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check /b post-hire and prior to their associated start date /li /ul h3bBenefits /b /h3 ul libNo non-compete agreement /b /li liMedical, dental, and vision insurance /li liShort-term and long-term disability /li liPaid time off /li liDEA reimbursement /li liState veterinary license reimbursement (including multi-state coverage when applicable) /li liAccess to bVetGirlU /b /li liCE registration covered at conferences where Heartstrings exhibits (VMX, WVC, etc.) /li liAll medical equipment, medications, and supplies provided /li liStrong administrative, scheduling, and on-call leadership support /li liGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding, privately owned practice /li /ul h3bJoin the Heartstrings Medical Team /b /h3 pIf you’re looking to practice meaningful medicine without corporate constraints—and want to be part of a growing, mission-driven organization,we’d love to connect. /p pbApply or learn more: /bbr/ br/ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
