What you will do
- Continuously source and develop transport capacity by proactively contacting existing and potential carriers
- Expand and diversify the national carrier network, ensuring operational flexibility and coverage
- Maintain ongoing relationships with carriers to secure capacity availability in line with shipment volumes
- Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance, reliability, and compliance criteria
- Support negotiations and pricing
- Monitor carrier performance and propose improvement actions or replacements when necessary
- Collaborate with the Operations team to anticipate demand peaks and capacity constraints
What we are looking for
- Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics
- 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road domestic
- The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English
- Great attention to detail and an organized approach
- Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
