OverviewDolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for the Digital Graphic Designer UX/UI, who will be part of the Global Art Buying & Content department, based in our Headquarter in Milan, reporting to the Digital Graphic Manager. S/He will be focused on designing website and digital platforms of the Brand, defining the user experience and interface of the brand's digital touchpoints, with a focus on information architecture, navigation flows, component-based design and the development of scalable design systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelops responsive layouts following mobile-first principles;Ensures UI design for website, landing pages and digital tools;Performs digital art direction applied to online touchpoints;Designs the user flows and wireframes;Creates, maintains and ensures the evolution of the Design System and component library;Develops modular components focused on scalability;Produces digital assests (hero banners, editorial modules, promotional sections);Ensure the supervision of visual consistency and quality control of graphic outputs;Ongoing collaboration with Ecommerce, Digital, Social and Advertising internal departments;Creates design solutions aligned to the business objectives, performance and conversion goals.QualificationsProven experience in UX and UI Design;Proven ability to design structured and complex websites;Previous experience in fashion, design or luxury sectors;High level portfolio showcasing design quality and digital art direction;Advanced and essential use of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects;Advanced and operational use of AI tools is considered a plus;Strong aesthetic sensitivity, aligned with the visual codes of the Brand, is essential;Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines;Fluency in English and Italian is essential;Proactive attitude, attention to detail, design precision, structured approach, sensitivity to digital trends and luxury visual languages, and a strong focus on quality and executional excellence.Location: Italy, Milan
