Pay: $20–$25/hour + Tips
Belles Beach House, Venice’s iconic Hawaiian-inspired restaurant and lounge, is looking for a Host to join our front-of-house team! If you thrive in a lively, social environment and enjoy creating great first impressions, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-energy hospitality team.
About the Role
This role focuses on hosting duties during our busiest service periods, including evenings and weekends. You’ll be responsible for managing the door, coordinating seating, and ensuring guests have a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to seating.
For the right candidate, we can also offer additional weekday shifts (daytime or evening) to create a more consistent schedule if desired.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome and engage guests at the door
* Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
* Coordinate with servers and management to organize seating and guest flow
* Maintain a polished, upbeat, and professional front-of-house presence
* Answer guest questions and help set the tone for the dining experience
* Support front-of-house operations during weekday shifts if scheduled
What We’re Looking For
* Friendly, confident, guest-focused personality
* Previous hosting, nightlife, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Professional appearance and positive energy
