This is a fully smart-working position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying at the heart of Italian travel operations.What you'll doOTA Management: Oversee availability, rates, allotments, content, and booking flows; identify discrepancies and resolve system "flags."Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact via phone and email, provide clear information on services and booking procedures, proactively update clients, and manage expectations through to final confirmation.Supplier Coordination: Handle requests, confirmations, changes, and problem solving with suppliers to guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery.Operational Support: Answer and direct incoming calls, manage shared inboxes (reservations/suppliers), ensuring all inquiries are tracked and resolved promptly.Crisis Management: Act quickly and effectively when issues arise (delays, no-shows, last-minute changes), coordinating with clients and suppliers to find swift solutions.What we're looking forPrevious experience in a tour operator, travel agency, or similar operational role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.Fluency in Italian and English.Be part of a dynamic, service-driven team.Fully remote role, offering flexibility and work-life balance.Familiarity with AVES CMS is a plus, though not a mandatory requirementTake ownership of key processes and have a direct impact on the client experience.Work in an environment that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience in a travel industry to sales@tours-italy.com
