You will be responsible for:
* Daily Invoices Responsibilities
* Scanning; Mailed and downloaded bills
* Data Entry and GL coding for daily bills
* Maintain inventory of master list of bills/vendors
* Billing inventory and analysis for potential acquisitions
* Review phone bills, features, disputes, and rates.
* Manage payment for invoices (Data, Voice, Cell Phones & CATV)
* Payment research for invoices with delinquencies

* At least 1+ years of billing experience
* At least 1+ years of MS Excel experience
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail have always been your thing.
* You're devoted to continuous learning, development, and you find new ways of challenging yourself.
* You have the ability to manage and meet challenging deadlines and prioritize simultaneous projects.
* You are proficient in business related software: Microsoft Excel and Word
