Join to apply for the Net OSS Cloud Designer role at TIM About the Role Within the Chief Technology Office – Competence Development Area, we are seeking a Net OSS Cloud Designer to join our team. The candidate will be involved in high-complexity projects that are strategically important for the digital transformation of TIM's OSS Telco systems. Responsibilities Conduct technological scouting, experimentation, design, and deployment of innovative OSS solutions for Telco networks. Operate in advanced Cloud environments, leveraging both established technologies (microservices, distributed architectures) and advanced approaches based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Focus areas include process orchestrators, design tools for network engineering and operation, network inventory systems, and data analysis platforms for network data and end-to-end service quality. Required Technical Skills Design of carrier-grade software architectures based on microservices. Experience with Cloud environments (preferably GCP). Knowledge of automation systems and ML/AI solutions. Understanding of Telco network architectures (mobile and fixed). Familiarity with Telco OSS systems. Development of modules for integration with Telco network systems. Management and design of enterprise data storage systems (Databases, Inventory, CMS, Data Lake). Knowledge of ICT platforms for Operations & Alarm Management and DevOps methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics. Cloud Architect certifications (preferably GCP) and Agile Project Management. At least 5 years of experience in ICT/Telco, focusing on Cloud-based OSS projects.
