PpSituated in the heart of Tuscany, bRelais Borgo Santo Pietro /b is a luxury five‑star boutique hotel and spa, featuring 22 individually styled rooms and suites, a Michelin‑starred restaurant and an elegant Trattoria, a holistic spa, an onsite cooking school, a natural skincare laboratory, an organic farm, and 13 acres of landscaped gardens. /ppWe are seeking a bRecruiting Learning Coordinator /b ready to embrace this opportunity in a unique, inspiring, and passion‑driven environment. This role manages recruitment activities for a wide variety of positions and coordinates learning and development initiatives across the property. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people and growth, ensuring that every team member receives an excellent experience. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. /liliCollaborate with department heads (Front Office, FB, Spa, Garden, Farm, Housekeeping, etc.) to understand staffing needs and job requirements. /liliMaintain and update the database and ensure accurate documentation. /liliManage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, professional, and high‑touch candidate experience that reflects the brand. /liliCoordinate seasonal recruitment campaigns and participate in hospitality job fairs and recruitment events. /liliSupport onboarding processes to ensure a warm, organized, and effective welcome for new employees. /li /ulpbLearning Development /b /pulliCoordinate internal training programs and skill‑development sessions across departments. /liliManage logistics, materials, calendars, attendance, and follow‑up for all learning initiatives. /liliEnsure that training pathways are aligned with company standards of excellence and luxury hospitality service. /liliMonitor completion, collect feedback, and track training effectiveness. /li /ulpbHR Support Administration /b /pulliPrepare and maintain reports on recruitment metrics, training participation, and HR KPIs. /liliAssist in broader HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement. /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in recruitment or HR coordination; experience in luxury hospitality is a strong advantage. /liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. /liliOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3pEntry level /ph3Employment type /h3pFull‑time /ph3Job function /h3pHuman Resources /ph3Industries /h3pHospitality and Staffing and Recruiting /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
