For our HQ in Marche, we are currently looking for an Purchase Order Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring efficient order management and supply continuity, coordinating suppliers and team activities, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordination of a team of 5 people
Training and support on processes and systems
Operational scope:
End-to-end management of the order cycle, including:
Order entry and confirmation
Delivery follow-up
Handling delays and critical issues
Acting as a cross-functional interface across departments
Decision-making responsibilities:
Prioritization of critical orders and key suppliers
Escalation management of supply chain issues
Proposing continuous improvements to processes, in collaboration with other functions and offices
Knowledge and Competencies:
English language
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields
Order Management & Procurement Processes
ERP Systems & Data Management, including MRP
Performance Monitoring
Supply Chain & Logistics Fundamentals
Organizational and Time Management Skills
