Will you join us in our journey?\nAbout The Role\nThe Sales Operations Analyst for Italy is responsible for finding new agents, retaining the current agent portfolio and developing innovative solutions for bettering sales and service. The role plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing MoneyGram’s brand. The Analyst sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound phone/e‑mail contacting.\nWhat you will get to do as Sales Operations Analyst Generate revenue via phone or virtual meetings by obtaining agent information, understanding and interpreting competitive requirements, providing market information, and developing accounts in collaboration with the sales team.\nSell new products and new services of MoneyGram to our agents.\nFacilitate the entire sales process from initiation of the original call until the follow up.\nIdentify business opportunities and negotiate with agents.\nFile documents, updates, and agent information.\nRespond effectively to agent questions.\nDevelop and grow current accounts.\nTroubleshoot, track problems and navigate agents through MoneyGram support structure.\nOther duties as assigned. What You Will Need To Be Successful\nEducation BA/BS degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience 2+ years’ experience in a sales role, selling and servicing customers. Essential Skills Knowledge of Money Transfer Business, preferable.\nAn engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.\nAbility to communicate to prospects in Italian, fluent level.\nAbility to communicate in English (min. advanced level).\nAbility to meet sales goals.\nAbility to close sales.\nAbility to negotiate and engage agents.\nAbility to build relationships.\nData entry skills / Excel / SalesForce knowledge is preferred.\nOpenness for business travel.
