The ideal candidate has a proven track record assessing spaces, preparing technical reports and managing relationships with landlords and governing bodies (incl. Municipalities and approving commissions).brYou will be responsible for the due diligence of base buildings, collecting venue technical documentation and applying for the relevant permits and licences. Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical to succeed in this role.
