Key ResponsibilitiesTake care of ordinary maintenance according to the scheduleCheck on a daily/weekly/monthly basis the checklistsClean the filters for the air conditioning systemMaintain all hotel facilities (electric, hydraulic, conditioning)Manage hotel suppliersManage hotel warehousesProvide assistance for any problems in rooms (e.g., replace bulbs, fix furniture, washbasins) and ensure impeccable condition for customers and hotel staff requests
QualificationsGood knowledge of all fixtures and fittings of the hotelGood knowledge of security devicesBasic knowledge of English languageKnowledge of at least one of these fields: electric, hydraulic, conditioning
