Razer is also **a great place to work,** providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.## **Job Responsibilities :**The IT Risk & Compliance role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization’s IT environment, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with Vietnam’s regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and global industry standards.**Key Responsibilities****Compliance Management*** Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and IT compliance requirements, including Vietnam’s regulatory environment and global frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, PCI DSS).* Review software development, testing, and deployment processes for compliance alignment.* Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet compliance expectations.* Maintain policies, procedures, risk registers, and compliance documentation.* Conduct third‑party due diligence for vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers.* Coordinate IT audits with internal and external auditors and track follow‑up actions.* Respond to compliance inquiries and support the implementation of compliance programs and controls.* Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging security trends.**Risk Management*** Support and enhance IT risk and security practices across applications, systems, networks, and digital platforms.* Conduct IT and cybersecurity risk assessments, including IT general controls, application controls, and security reviews.* Monitor identified risks, vulnerabilities, and data security issues; recommend practical mitigation strategies.* Assist with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing activities, including coordination with relevant teams.* Maintain risk management tools and documentation aligned with enterprise risk frameworks.* Support annual IT Disaster Recovery testing and related risk mitigation activities.## Pre-Requisites :* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system, or related field.* 4+ years of experience in IT compliance, regulatory affairs, IT risk or IT assurance.* Good understanding of Vietnam’s IT, cybersecurity, and digital content regulatory environment, especially for online services and game publishing.* Knowledge of global IT standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS) is an advantage.* Hands-on experience with security risk assessments; certifications like CRISC, CISA, or CISM are a plus.* Strong communication skills and ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders.* Able to collaborate across teams and produce accurate compliance documentation.* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or SQL (MSSQL, MySQL) is an advantage.* Positive attitude with the ability to learn independently.* Vietnamese citizen based in Ho Chi Minh City.Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
