After reducing waste, ensure the remaining steps flow smoothly without interruptions or delays. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInitiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the Production Manager. /li liEstimate production times, define balancing and ideal mix. /li liDefine production line layouts according to Lean Manufacturing concepts. /li liCreate, update, and follow up assembly work instructions. /li liTrain and support operators. /li liPrepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures. /li liWork with Engineering Team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices through 5S and lean principles. /li liRepresent an important link between operators and RD engineers, playing a key role in new products introduction projects and acting as a Production representative in PTMs. /li liOptimize flows for arrival of materials from warehouse to production. /li /ul h3What we expect from you? /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. /li li2‑3 years of relevant experience in a Lean‑oriented manufacturing setting. /li liDemonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices. /li liPreferably Six Sigma certification and proven track of applied methodology. /li liAttention to detail; not shy away from rolling up sleeves and getting involved. /li liSelf‑motivated, able to work under pressure. /li liFull of energy, eager to work with Internal Logistics and Production Team, and happy to organize and optimize the production environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), experience with AutoCAD and fluent in English. /li liCapability to improve business results, drive change and make things happen. /li liDisplay consistency between words and actions, act honestly, directly with people, raise flags when things go wrong. /li liDrive customer success and demonstrate genuine interest in accurately understanding and acting on customer needs and expectations. /li liPassion for sustainability, example in following policies and practices and honoring commitments. /li /ul h3What will you gain? /h3 pYou will learn a lot, develop yourself, and contribute to strategic decisions supporting Operational Excellence.
