The selected candidate will be inserted into the commercial area and will be responsible for: Managing requests, complaints, and reports via phone, email, and chat; Providing detailed information about products/services offered; Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues; Registering and updating information in the CRM system; Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer service or support roles, good knowledge of the Office package, and proficiency in English.
