Operation Team Leader is responsible for team coordination and she/he is accountable for achieving internal targets.
The resource reports directly to Customer Operations Lead.
She/he will lead an internal team consisting of Change control
CAPA
Deviations
Facility Management
Procedures
Computer System Validation
Trainings
The resource will also support, through hers/his expertise, other functions in delivering intermediate level products.
Main Responsibilities:
Implements and Monitors KPI scoreboards to meet internal and external targets
Plans with team members activites priority
Develops short-term strategies and execution plans, takes action to ease processes, escalates to higher function critical issues
Reports to higher functions KPI status, activit-blocks and actions taken
Supports Customer Operations Lead in defining long-term strategies
Adds new projects and tasks in team activities
Monitors training needs
Implements and sustains periodic reviews with team members
Acts as internal quality control for activities performed by team members
Supports with hers/his expertise other functions in delivering intermediate level activities
Requirements:
Experience in pharma industry relevant fields, as consultant or direct employee (must have)
>2 years’ experience in pharma industry relevant fields, as consultant or direct employee (preferred)
Experience in team leading (must have)
English (must have)
Major Microsoft 365 apps knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (must have)
