You will collaborate with functional groups across the business, working with clients worldwide (Europe, South Korea, and beyond). A fair degree of travel is required, along with strong leadership in ensuring compliance, project delivery, and effective stakeholder management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development, implementation, and improvement of standardized Quality Procedures and Policies. /li liManage internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with NOV standards and regulatory requirements. /li liOversee Non-Conformance processes, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions. /li liPartner with Purchasing to evaluate and monitor suppliers, focusing on critical and high-quality processes. /li liTrack and report Quality KPIs, providing insights for management reviews. /li liChampion risk management, change management (MOC), and contingency processes. /li liDeliver training and mentoring to QA personnel, strengthening quality capabilities across the organisation. /li liRepresent the Quality function in client-facing and cross-functional meetings. /li liSupport supplier management and product quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality plans (ITPs). /li liTravel internationally to support audits, client meetings, and project delivery. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liNative/fluent in Italian and English. /li liDegree qualified (engineering or related field). /li li4+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Management experience. /li liExperience with engineering assessments of hydraulic and similar equipment. /li liProficiency in the MS Office Suite. /li liCertified Lead Auditor with strong compliance knowledge. /li liERP system knowledge (Oracle preferred). /li liUnderstanding or experience with crane equipment, winches, and gas equipment. /li liExperience developing and executing ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) or Quality Plans. /li liProven client-facing experience, ideally in global settings. /li /ul h3About NOV Remacut /h3 pWe are part of the Marine and Construction business segment and our Pipe and Cable Lay Team consists of approximately 50 employees in Rivoli (ITALY) and Stonehouse (UK) with specialist areas within sales, engineering, project implementation, fabrication, testing and aftermarket services.
